Day three and four post...

Hello Folks,

Can I just start out by saying wow is this not so easy. I am sore. I hurt. I struggle with the stairs at work. I feel so feeble. And I am referred to as whiny. LOL. I suppose I am.

So we are working on the "Biggest Loser" DVD's. I do highly recommend them. They seem to be doing their job. I am fully ripped in a week. Well not so much. But I am on my way to being in better shape and feeling better about myself.

It is kinda funny. Daily I find myself thinking....."Uhhh...I don't wanna workout after work!" But I just do it, with the support of my friends. But honestly I usually don't feel like it. However I realize the importance of keeping with it and incorporating exercise "6 days per week" according to Lesley...lol. So I am trying, and I suppose that is what matters.

So yes...I am almost through this week and I will just keep trying. I mean come on....It is not like I can get any fatter....

Thanks to all my fans out there in cyber world......I will let ya know how tomorrow goes after I roll out of bed, and hopefully late!
