Hello folks,
Thank you for checking out my blog. I hope to map my quest from chubby guy to chiseled God! Well not so much I guess. I want to make a life change, from many different aspects. I am hoping to make some body changes for the good. So, I am getting started today. Feel free to join me on this journey. Luckily I am not doing this alone! I have my bestis gal pals....Lesley, Kelly and Lisa. We are all co-workers and friends.
Today was our start...Me, Kelly, and Lesley. What better way to start than inviting the one and only Richard Simmons? Oh yeah....we were sweating to the oldies and having a "gay old time." How fitting for me....wink wink. Anyways, we had a lot of fun today. I can't speak for the other girls but Paulie is a little pooped. We did cardio and some weights. Lesley kept me on track. I was not allowed to give up. And Kelly made me giggle. I can only imagine what a fly on the wall would think.
Fly: OMG! I need to upload this to YouTube! I have never seen so much jiggling.......I think someone needs to show these folks some coordination. Wow. But I will be back for more later. It's addictive like chocolate cake or fast food.
Alright folks. That is it for now. I will be back tomorrow to let you know how my jello is jiggling. I am hoping as the days go on I will have less jello and more "HELLO>>>>>"

Hey Paul!! Congrats on takin the first step to chiseled!! I started my journey about 6 months ago. I am 55 pounds lighter and just about ready to start strength training. Once you get going, you will get addicted like I am. Its nice to have a buddy system!! I wish you luck!! Remember, the key to burning fat is to keep your metabolism up. My trainer told me to eat 3 small meals a day with a snack in between eat meal and NO FAST FOOD or POP...which was very hard for me to give up. Keeps us posted as to your progress!!! Good luck!!! : ). Val
